Anonymous: I transitioned as a young child and have never had any contact with others like me. I think that I need some sort of support system; do you know where I can find such a thing?

I think your best bet would be to get in touch with a gender therapist or LGBT center near you and ask them for resources or possible groups or contacts. I’m thinking the gender therapist will have more for you because many people who transition young are not involved in the LGBT community.

There also might be some people on tumblr who transitioned as children - if so, please write in and I’ll make a list of tumblrs and/or contact info of anyone willing to share
